Welcome to The Bar Mitzvah List, your trusted source for Jewish books, Seforim, and Judaica. By using our website, creating a gift list, or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

The Bar Mitzvah List sells Jewish books, Seforim, and Judaica through its online platform.
All prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
By creating a list or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

2. Gift Wrapping, Delivery & Collection

All gifts purchased through The Bar Mitzvah List are gift wrapped at no additional cost.
Items will either be:

Delivered directly to the Bar Mitzvah boy, or
Collected or delivered as otherwise arranged with us.

Free delivery to Bar Mitzvah boy (Gift Receiver) is available within the following areas:

Golders Green
Hendon

For all other locations, please contact us to arrange collection or alternative delivery options.

3. Product Availability and Substitutions

We aim to keep our listings accurate; however, items may occasionally be unavailable or discontinued.

If an item is unavailable:

We may arrange a suitable alternative of the same value, or
Offer an equivalent-value voucher, or
Provide a refund or credit note, at the purchaser’s choice.

Where possible, we will contact the purchaser before making any substitution.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£).
Payment must be completed in full before dispatch.
In the unlikely event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to amend or cancel an order with notice.

5. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Purchasers
Purchasers may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or credit note, provided items are unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us in advance to arrange the return.

Personalised or customised items (including engraved Judaica) are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged.

Bar Mitzvah Boy (Gift Receiver)
Any request by the Bar Mitzvah boy for an exchange or credit note is offered in place of a cash refund.
All Bar Mitzvah boy returns must be processed within 90 days of receipt for an exchange or credit note. Please note Bar Mitzvah Boy exchanges and returns are subject to a 10% restocking charge.

6. Gift Lists

Bar Mitzvah boys may create personalised gift lists featuring books, Seforim, and Judaica.
Friends and family may purchase gifts directly from these lists.
If an item on a list becomes unavailable, the substitution and refund options outlined above will apply.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any product supplied is limited to the purchase price of that product.
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our website or services.
